  1. What makes TLC product different from other product I can buy? First TLC products have a long history of durability and customer satisfaction. They are custom made in the USA to your order one item at a time. The materials are chosen for their durability and they are constructed to ensure a product that will last through its three year warranty and beyond.
  2. Warranty – We want you as a lifetime customer and guarantee our product free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of three full years. If at any time during the three years anything goes wrong with your TLC product (other than neglect or abuse) just ship it back along with your receipt prepaid to us and we will repair it and return it to you free of charge.
  3. What is the difference between TLC’s three year warranty and others lifetime warranty? When you read the fine print of a lifetime warranty you will see that it is just against the original workmanship, but does not cover any normal wear and tear. TLC knows and expects you to use your bag under normal wear and tear and will repair it free of charge if it fails to perform.
  4. Return – May I return my item after I have received it? All of TLC items are custom made to customer’s order so they are not returnable. The standard items are preselected combinations but they are not a stock item. There is a three day cancellation period once you have ordered that you may cancel your order.
  5. Exchange – since all items are made to order they are not exchangeable.
  6. Washable – All items are machine washable in cold water and line dry. Simply remove any boards from the inside before washing, be sure to test fabric before using any type of spot cleaner. If your item is made from the Industrial vinyl we recommend you hand wash them with mild soap and water.
  7. Lining – For our products that require lining we have pre-selected the color. Some products allow for a color selection.
  8. Payment - We accept debit or credit cards displaying, MC, Visa, Discover, and American express. We also accept payments through pay pal, TLC gift certificates and personal or business checks All payments are processed at time of order.
  9. Authentic – all TLC items have the TLC label proudly displayed on the exterior of the product. This is your way of knowing that the item you have has been custom made for you right here in our manufacturing facility in Bellville Ohio.
  10. Discontinued Items – can no longer be made.
  11. Fabric – We use several different types of fabrics in the production of our bags. Not all fabrics can be used in every style depending on the end use of the item. You can read more about our different fabrics on our fabric page. (click here)
  12. Where is it manufactured – all TLC products are made in our manufacturing facility in Bellville Ohio.
  13. New products, embroideries, colors and fabrics are introduced regularly throughout the year. Click here to sign up for email alerts at the introduction of something new at TLC.
  14. Rush orders are not available at this time
  15. When will my item be shipped? We do not stock any of our items, they are all made to customer order. Please check the home page for current delivery time.
  16. Bulk Sales – you can purchase multiples of the same item for your group or organization. Please send us an email for details.
  17. Gift Certificate – we have gift certificates available for purchase in any amount. We will send you an e-card that you can print or email to the recipient.
Ordering Process
We will be regularly pulling the orders from the website and begin processing the order. Your order will begin as a roll of fabric and proceed to the cutting department then through several sewing operations. The completed product then will be inspected by the Quality Control department before proceeding to shipping.
Returns
